Local to Atlanta, Charlotte has spent her career helping local entrepreneurs drive revenue. Rather than looking at Operations as a standalone, Charlotte looks at the intersection of Operations, People, and Sales to drive revenue.

Our core services include operational strategy development, scalable revenue growth, process optimization, and interim COO services. I target small and mid-sized companies across industries such as technology, legal services, and nonprofits that are looking to scale their operations or overcome operational challenges.
