What OPPs Actually Does (Without the Buzzwords)

As 2025 comes to a close I am thrilled with that OPPs has accomplished in our first year. Now that I know more about who we are, I wanted to summarize it and memorialize it.

OPPs stands for Operations, Process, People, Solutions—and the order matters.

We don’t install tools without fixing the workflow underneath.
We don’t document chaos and call it an SOP.
